Minor & Bug Updates

Made many bug fixes / minor updates.

- Added option for magic armor to have no movement penalty (default), vs moving 1 class better than normal armor.

- Corrected exceptional STR calculation for half-orcs.

- Added STR & magic damage bonus correctly to Weapon damage.

- Fixed bug that had halflings move at 12' base movement.

- Fixed bug that did not allow adjusted DEX Elves to qualify for MU class.

- Fixed bugs for aging impacting stats, and doing it wrong for particularly high and low stats.

- Corrected bugs that did not allow multiclass combinations and 2-class combination that it should have

NOTE: The Hireling sheet is currently in work (read is not yet ready, so is a placeholder).
